Custom hand carved mediterranean coral sourced from a small family factory in Italy. Each hand is slightly unique, but all are bright red in color with a 14k gold cap. There is a dainty "bracelet" on the wrist with a 2 diamond charm hanging from it.  
The chain is vintage inspired wheat link.
